The zeroHouse is a self-sustaining prefab home created by Scott Specht. In addition to being beautiful and livable, it also:

• generates its own electrical power
• collects its own water
• processes its own waste products
• is completely automatic

Now thats pretty impressive. You’ve got to check out the website for some more pictures and details. I would love to plop one of these down in the middle of Mt Lebanon, and see what the neighbors think.
