We recently switched our cable provider to Verizon FIOS primarily because it was cheaper that what we previously had, and there was more programming that is accessible to Cooper, like Noggin.
What I didn’t know was that we would get FSC or Fox Soccer Channel. FSC is essentially 24 hours of worldwide soccer action.
Fox Soccer Channel is a United States digital cable network, owned by News Corporation, that specializes in soccer. The channel took its current name on February 7, 2005; before then, the network was known as Fox Sports World, Launched Nov. 1, 1997. In 2006, all non-soccer programming was dropped.
I was so excited to find this out. Now, in addition to the Discovery Channel suite of channels, FSC is my new default when the television is on.
I may even have to get Gole [the official documentary of the 1982 World Cup, narrated by Sean Connery - I have two original vhs copies and a digital copy if anyone wants one.] out of the closet and pop it into the VCR.

@ Andrew,
I just looked for the vhs copies, and I could only find one, but have a digital copy that I can send you. You’ll need to burn it to dvd. I’ll contact you via email to make arrangements.
